Thank you for shopping at Cleanyva. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as your order constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
1. Return Window
You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests received after this 30-day window will not be accepted, with no exceptions.
To start a return, contact us at support@cleanyva.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unused, in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included
- Free of any damage, scratches, dust, hair, or signs of wear
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during flash sales
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or accident
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Free gifts, promotional items, or items received at no cost
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable content
3. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the product price will be deducted from your refund for all non-defective returns. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Items lost in return transit cannot be refunded.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@cleanyva.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item AND its original packaging
- A detailed description of the defect
We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving a replacement, refund, or repair. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the defect.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered as "damaged on arrival" and will be treated as standard returns subject to all conditions above.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted (at our sole discretion) in the following cases:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery but within the 30-day window
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter our fulfillment process. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed and the order will be treated as a standard return upon delivery.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation. We recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim with them.
11. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks (i.e., disputing a legitimate charge instead of contacting us for resolution) will be blacklisted from future purchases and may be subject to legal action and recovery of legal fees.
We require customers to contact us FIRST at support@cleanyva.com before initiating any dispute with their bank or payment provider.
