Thank you for shopping at Cleanyva. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and limitations. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the following business day.
During peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays, product launches), processing may take 3-7 business days. We appreciate your patience.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
2. Shipping Times (Estimates Only)

IMPORTANT: These are ESTIMATES based on average carrier performance.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections (international orders)
- Remote delivery locations
- Peak shopping seasons
- Force majeure events
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control. Refunds will NOT be issued for orders that take longer than estimated to arrive, provided they ultimately arrive.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed and may have minimum order requirements.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders (outside the United States), the recipient is responsible for ALL customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are NOT included in the product or shipping price.
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping, return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.
We are required by law to declare the actual value of goods. We will NOT mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue contents to avoid customs charges. Requests to do so will be declined.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided.
Please note:
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after shipment
- Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may be delayed
- Some international shipments may show limited tracking once they leave the US
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@cleanyva.com.
6. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are NOT responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Orders returned due to undeliverable addresses
- Orders that cannot be delivered because no one is available to receive them
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipment costs to receive the order. Alternatively, the order may be refunded minus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Address changes can only be accommodated within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are NOT responsible for:
- Packages stolen after delivery (porch piracy)
- Packages marked as delivered but missing
- Packages misdelivered by the carrier to a neighboring address
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Check with neighbors, family, and other household members
- Check around the property (porch, garage, side door, mailbox)
- Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely
- File a claim directly with the carrier
We may, at our sole discretion, offer assistance in filing carrier claims, but we are not obligated to replace or refund lost/stolen packages.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Refuse the delivery if possible, or
- Accept the package and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage to the package AND the products
Damaged package claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be deemed undeliverable for reasons including:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Refusal of customs charges
- Refusal of delivery
Undeliverable packages returned to us will be processed as standard returns, subject to a 15% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
10. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses in the United States via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do NOT ship to:
- Countries under US trade sanctions or embargoes
- Locations identified as high-risk for fraud
We reserve the right to cancel any order to a destination we cannot safely or legally ship to. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, strikes, carrier failures, or technological failures.
