These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase of products from cleanyva.com (the "Site") operated by CLEANYVIA PRO LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale apply to all sales of products made through the Site. Any order placed on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale without reservation.

CLEANYVIA PRO LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The Terms of Sale applicable to any order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time of consultation, within the limits of available stock.

We make every effort to present our products accurately, including photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications. However:

• Photos are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly reflect the actual product
• Colors may vary depending on your screen settings
• Slight variations in product appearance or specifications may occur

Such variations do not constitute grounds for refund or return outside of our standard Return and Refund Policy.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes for US-based orders unless otherwise noted at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Process

To place an order, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
2. Provide accurate, current, and complete information
3. Select your product(s) and add to cart
4. Review your cart and proceed to checkout
5. Enter shipping and billing information
6. Select payment method and complete payment
7. Receive an order confirmation email

An order is considered final only upon receipt of payment confirmation. The order confirmation email does NOT constitute acceptance of your order — it simply confirms we received it.

CLEANYVIA PRO LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that:

• Are suspected of fraud
• Cannot be shipped to the provided address
• Contain pricing or descriptive errors
• Exceed quantity limits per customer
• Violate our Terms of Service

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• PayPal
• Shop Pay
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Other methods displayed at checkout

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. All payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

If your payment is declined or reversed for any reason, your order will be cancelled.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please:

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Verify the email address provided
3. Contact us at support@cleanyva.com

The absence of an order confirmation does not invalidate the order if payment was successfully processed.

7. Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will:

• Notify you by email
• Offer a substitute product of equivalent or greater value, OR
• Issue a full refund for the unavailable item

We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from product unavailability.

8. Delivery

Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

9. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Return and refund terms are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Product Warranties

Our products are sold "AS IS" with the following limited warranty:

• We warrant products against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from delivery
• This warranty does NOT cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect

It is the customer's responsibility to:

• Read and follow all product instructions and warnings
• Use products only for their intended purpose
• Supervise children or pets around products as appropriate
• Discontinue use if any allergic reaction or adverse effect occurs

CLEANYVIA PRO LLC is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions.

CLEANYVIA PRO LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Sale due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, supplier failures, or technological failures.

14. Promotions and Discounts

• Promotional codes are valid only for the period specified and may not be combined unless stated
• Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse promotions at any time
• Abuse of promotional codes (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim discounts) will result in order cancellation and account suspension
• Free gifts or bonus items included with orders are not eligible for separate refund and must be returned with the original product

15. Gift Cards

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to the following:

• Non-refundable and non-returnable
• No cash value (except where required by law)
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Must be used in full or in part within the validity period
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced

16. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

Any dispute arising from a purchase made on the Site is subject to the mandatory arbitration clause set forth in our Terms of Service, including the class action waiver.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Sale is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
